s. m, squall, a tempest, a hurricane, a storm:—jhakkaṛ jholá, jhakkhaṛ jholá, jhakkaṛ jháṇjhá, jhakkaṛ jháṇjá, s. m. The same as Jhakkhaṛ:—jhakkhaṛ chaṛhṉá, v. n. To become crazy:—jhakkh chaṛhṉí, v. n. To arise (a dust storm):—pakkí khetí wekh ke garbh kíá karsáṉ jhakkhaṛ jholá bahut hai ghar áwe táṇ jáṉ. The farmer felt pride when he looked on his flourishing crops, but there are plenty of dust storms (to come); count it yours when it is safely housed.
